This weekend I had the opportunity to drop by up and coming Toronto-based design duo Thout's exhibit "In The Red". I enjoyed the playfulness of the whole exhibit - from the name, to the aggressive red paint COVERING the wall to the pieces themselves, such as this FU cutlery wall tile. Most of all I like their unique and raw use of materials like unpolished chunky wood tables and blunt metal shelves.
